What to Expect
Following a preliminary meeting, the workshop takes place on-site. We use a clear, scientifically based methodology that engages all participants and makes complex topics easy to understand. The results are documented; typically, we work with 6–14 participants (larger groups are possible by arrangement).
Typical use cases: Project scoping at the start of a project, vision development, strategy development, aligning all participants, and developing change architectures—from concept to implementation.

Who should participate?
Depending on the issue at hand, the relevant perspectives should be represented—for example, HR, managers, and other key roles within the project context. The goal is to ensure alignment among all participants and to establish a shared understanding that will support subsequent implementation.
At what point in a project does Lego® Serious Play® make sense?
We most often use Lego® Serious Play® to make shared visions tangible and to identify opportunities and risks early on. It is also useful for establishing a shared understanding at the start of a project or for bringing unspoken areas of tension to light. We determine the appropriate application together during project planning.
Can this method also be used remotely?
To a limited extent. While digital versions are available, the physical act of building, the hands-on experience, and the shared viewing experience cannot be fully replicated in a video room. For sensitive topics, we always recommend in-person participation.
